Loyalty Program

VIP Loyalty Program was created in order to appreciate regular clients of Verde Montana and Villa Verde Hotels. It is based on the number of stays of the Guests in hotels belonging to Capitol Company. Each Guest shall receive a Green Card already on his/her third stay, which shall entitle its holder to 10% discount on accommodation, meals and SPA, and an extended check-out time. In addition, each Green Card Holder shall be served a fruit basket to his/her room and a special welcome drink in the hotel bar.

More surprises shall be waiting for the Guests during their next visits:

After 10 stays, as a sign of our gratitude for his/her loyalty, each Guest shall receive a Gold Card entitling to 15% discount and be served an exquisite dinner for two with a bottle of wine free of charge. Our most loyal Guests shall receive a Green-Platinum Card which shall entitle them to 20% discount, a voucher for a weekend stay in one of Capitol Company Hotels and a number of other benefits according to the Program Rules.

VIP LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES

We want each of our Guests to feel special! We want to reward you for your stays in the hotels of our Group!

The idea of the Program is to appreciate your staying in our hotels. Therefore, we are giving you a benefit package for your next visits.

Participation in the Program is free of charge, and the only condition is completing the form and leaving it in the reception of one of our hotels or sending it by post.

PROGRAM STAGES

VIP GREEN VERDE CARD

Already after three stays in our hotels and after completing the form you shall receive your VIP Green Card, which guarantees:

· 10% discount on any services booked online

· extended check-out time - by 2 pm without any additional charges

· fruit basket in your room

· welcome drink in the hotel bar

VIP GOLD VERDE CARD

After ten visits to our hotels you shall receive your Green-Gold Loyalty Card, which guarantees:

· 15% discount on any services booked online

· extended check-out time - by 2 pm without any additional charges

· fruit basket in your room

· dinner for two with a bottle of wine

· welcome drink in the hotel bar

VIP PLATINUM VERDE CARD

After twenty visits to our hotels you shall receive your Green-Platinum Loyalty Card, which guarantees:

· voucher for a weekend stay* (2 nights with breakfast and dinners) in one of our hotels

· 20% discount on any services booked online

· guaranteed reservation 3 days before arrival

· extended check-out time - by 2 pm without any additional charges

· fruit basket in your room

· dinner for two with a bottle of wine

· welcome drink in the hotel bar

Each Program Participant shall be included in our monthly lottery with valuable prizes such as: an exclusive weekend stay, SPA treatments, romantic dinners, non-cash prizes etc.

Program Participants may also receive special invitations to events organised by Capitol Company Hotels.

You can use the Program Card with your personal data and reference number to record your stays in our hotels. This card will inform us about your visits to our hotels. You can also view the history of your stays on our special website dedicated to the Program on www.verdemontana.pl.

Please give your reference number from the card while booking a stay in each of our hotels, so that we are able to prepare for your arrival.

The discounts granted in the Program cannot be combined with any other promotions organised by individual hotels.

The discounts do not apply to any culinary offers which have not been ordered online on the hotel website.

*The voucher shall be issued for VIP Platinum Verde Card Holders every five stays.
